Bruce is PGL’s senior fisheries specialist in our Vancouver office.  A Registered Professional Biologist with over 30 years of experience, he has a thorough understanding of the federal, provincial, regional, and municipal environmental regulatory framework, and provides services on a wide variety of environmental planning and habitat issues.

Bruce concentrates primarily on helping developments that impact fisheries, especially in urban and semi-urban settings, including riparian enhancement and setbacks. He has designed and managed environmental impact assessments, environmental monitoring programs, construction environmental management plans, mitigation/compensation plans, and habitat inventories related to master planned neighborhoods and communities.

Perhaps surprisingly, Bruce is an avid fisherman and hunter.
